Re: Decor panel interchangeability No2

Micro,
i dont think it will fit from a CD>HATCH,also CD strips were mainly smoked, so they would look out of place on the red/amber units of the hatch.
BTW does yours have an slightly oversize number plate on the rear?

Re: Decor panel interchangeability No2

it would not matter if it was a smoked unit as the panel on my hatch has faded so bad as most do, as for the size i don't know as i have not checked its size compared to the front, why?

Re: Decor panel interchangeability No2

I'll check the size of the one on my CDS when i manage to escape work.
Re the number plate size i know the rear one on my 91'hatch was larger than the front & also on the rear on the CDS ,this might pose a problem even if the decor panel from the CD would go on,but i suppose you could just change the plate

Re: Decor panel interchangeability No2

Back again,
sizes for the CD 89' as follows:
top length 43.5cm
bottom length 40.5cm
height 10cm
look like there is enough room for the oversize plate in it as well

Re: Decor panel interchangeability No2

great same sizes! and the number plate is the same size as the front, now i only have to work out how to take the bugger off as the number plate does not have any screws and it looks like the decor panel is stuck on
thanks again.
