Firstly, my 9000 has ETS, so there are no vacuum lines to leak. Also I have checked out the Brake and Clutch switches and they work fine.

SYMPTOM
When I'm doing abour 30mph, pressing Set has the desired effect and Cruise works fine. If I then hold in Set to speed up the car, the Cruise drops out at about 35mph.
If I try to Set the Cruise at any speed above 35mph it just refuses to work.

Any ideas?

(If anyone can post a schematic of the Cruise and ETS connections for a '93 I would be very happy)

Regards,

Antony.

Antony,

I do not have any real idea but I would check:

That there are no check engine light flashes if you switch the ignition on but don't start the car (5 flashes = throttle position sensor = cruise problems).

That the pedal switches are set correctly and not 'chattering' as if either the clutch or brakes were touched.
