Had a look here can't find answers.
My old girl creaks a lot low speed/parking etc from the front end. Always sails through it's WOF (MOT) checks so nothing obviously serious, but any ideas on what it could be?
As far as I know she's never had any bushes etc replaced.
Cheers

You don't say what year it is, but it sounds like it's ready for a front suspension refresh. Probably needs ball joints/control arms, sway bar bushings, and more. You can buy a whole kit to replace everything.

I've had three 9-5's since 2001 and the front end low speed creaking noises always came from worn engine mounts and worn front sub frame bushings. Engine mounts usually start to go bad for me around 80k miles. sub frame bushings around 150k miles. The other thing that frequently wears out but doesn't make noise are the lower A arm bushings. And one time I was getting a bad grinding sound when turning at slow speeds that was a broken macpherson strut top bearing.
These pieces can get expensive, so you want to identify and replace just the worn ones.
good luck!
