OK, I'm being dumb, where exactly do I find this? Haynes manual no good at all.

Open the bonnet - below the wipers there is a plastic panel that goes from one side of the car to the other. Unscrew this and remove.. You will see a vertical plastic box with a top that is held in with one screw. Unscrew the lid and take the old filter out.
