Does anyone have any idea where i can get replacement bulbs for the centre console control unit(ie the elec' windows, roof, & door-fan buttons; infront of handbrake?)
Took the thing apart but the bulbs inside are no ordinary ones! Seem to have two thin wires soldered to each at the base!! Does this mean i'd have to purchase a new unit in order to see the switches at night?

you can use the bulbs which are found in car radio's, any good audio storerepairer like tandy should stock them, they cost around £2.00, carefully remove the old bulbs and solder in the new one, this is the same for all switches on the 9000 dash, saab do sell a repair kit costing around £18.00 for same bulb, but you do get a new cover for the switch.
