Normally when I blip the keyfob, my doors lock and the alarm sets, however, now my doors don't lock and when I get inside the car, there is a slow release type of vacuum noise coming from the fusebox area?

Any idea whats wrong with my locking and how to fix it?

Only happened this morning so its not a great PITN yet but it soon will be

Hmmmmm, can't imagine there is much vacuum in the fusebox

On just a couple of occasions I have heard relays behind the fuses chattering away but this never persisted and no real fault ever appeared. Maybe you could try dropping the fuse panel to see if you can identify a chattering relay.
