After part one on Sunday here , I managed to get out late night and fro 30 minutes tonight and get it all back togther again.
It's running well and just needs a quick oil change.
Only problem I had was I broke a spark plug removing it from the head!
The cleaned up surfaces ready for gaskets, nice shiny inlets.
Lowering the head onto the new gasket.
And torque the headbolts up to spec (plus the 2 little bolts going up into the head by the timing chain
Final 90 degrees ....
Timing chain and spockets put back on (and timed correctly with TDC and 15 links between
Cam cover back on with new seals
Aircon, alternator, header tank, power steering res, done bone link and serp belt + tensioner re-added
Plugs, DI, all pipes, headlight and back in and water added.
