On these cold winter mornings there is a tendancy for the windscreen to suddenly mist up. the acc cannot cope and i switch over to manual for the rest of the journey, maybe 40 mins. Any ideas as to what has gone wrong. Thanks

Can you smell a sweet smell,if so its the heater matrix leaking.This is what happend to mine and it made the screen mist up!

Couldn't there be a similar problem if the air filter holds moisture?

Thanks for the advice. There is a slight strange smell so i will see what i can do to check the heater matrix
