Had a new fuel pump fitted about 10 months ago.
In the last couple of months it's started to make a buzzing sound after the car's been running for about 30 mins. It's intermittent at the momment
and its happens whether the tank is full or nearly empty.
Should I worry about this ? or is it just a bad/loose connection somewhere ?.

ps- anyone know, offhand, what the warranty period
is on a part bought from a Saab main agent ( through the nose I may add ) ?.

I think your warranty should be for a lot more than 10 months! Maybe vibration is a loose fitting rather than malfunction?
However my old Saab 900 had a similar fault; Pump would be quiet for first 20 mins then start to make a buzzing sound and car would start to misfire ( lack of fuel I presume) THis pump had covered 160k miles though.
I would go back to the dealer. Did they fit it? If not then a bit more tricky
