BSR do a DI/APC upgrade for 9000. This gives 50hp, and 25% extra torque...which should take us 2.3T (or carly) upto 250hp and ~300lbft. It is at £220 including vat and delivery.
Questions:
Is it worth it?
Will we notice this?
Has anybody done it on here?
Would an MBC still work?(due to broken solenoid valve)
I just thought this might be of interest to all of our ancient pre trionic cars....

It's cheaper than any Trionic upgrade I know of

Will we notice this?
Defintately

I believe my last CSE had a BSR chip in it. It was only a 2 litre but it went like stink!

Yes, and it should be a bit safer with the software that's mapped for higher boosts

I'm sorely tempted - as usual I was considering changing the car for something newer (scooby etc) but have not been impressed with the many cars I have considered - nothing offers the pace, grace safety of the saab.....so am again tempted to upgrade the carly: and this looks good...

Yes, it should work in your CS Carly

Might be worth emailing them... [/qb][/b]
Defintely e-mail them and point out that you have TCS, I know a lot of the APC upgrades can't (or shouldn't) be performed on cars with TCS.
