Hi All,

I have purchased a digital boost gauge for my 94 9000 Aero. It has a sender unit with a screw thread, much like an oil pressure sender. Any ideas on the best way to fit it?

Does there happen to be a good place to screw it into the manifold? - or am i better off getting it down to a piece of pipework, so i can fit it to the vacuum hose in the usual way?

Thanks All!

Best thing is to fit an adapter to the thread and come off in a small bore pipe, then connect into the vacuum line in the dash. Any place that sells central heating stuff should be able to sort you out wth adapter and pipe. One thing to be careful of is most vacuum gauges come with a small restricting orifice plate to dampen out the rapid pressure changes, has yours got one built in?
