My 9000 Carlsson has been tweaked over the years but i have no specs as I just aquired the car!!!! I see it has a manual boost control valve like the one by Abbot Racing. At the moment the boost gauge goes off the scale when I accelerate and although this is fun I would like the car to last more than a week!
Do I have to tighten or loosen the valve to calm it down a bit. I spose I should just experiment but I'm lame and don't want to break it.

Hi Bob,

You need to undo the grub screw first (2mm allen key IIRC) and then turn the MBC clockwise to reduce boost.
