Wheres the pipe & slippers brigade ?
LMAO! Think this just a stigma that goes with the brand which couldn't be further form

Nowt wrong with pipe & slippers brigade. +1 for them here. Got to go , I can't find my tartan travel rug.

Here. I have just turned 62 and my 2011 Saab 9.5 Vector is the first Saab I have ever owned. That being said I have slippers but no pipe.
Wooo.... Can't wait til next year and I'll be in the majority category. I hate being "below-average" - age that is... How does one change their vote when traversing the categories? Otherwise the poll will be skewed.:D
im nearly out of the youngest category :(

what an old fart you are
60 here. Bought a 2003 93 SE Convertible 5 months ago. Absolutely love the feel of this car and enjoy every minute of driving it.Not to mention its zippy powerpack. Makes the weekends that much more enjoyable. 97k miles and going strong. Knock on wood?
I'm 23, Got my first Saab (MY57 93 Vector Sport Anniversary 150bhp - pre Elton John accessories) Last Month. Always wanted a decent car - got it for £3750 with 92000 on the clock and F(MD)SH. It now has 95000 on the clock and every day I love it more and more... It's an amazing machine and a massive upgrade from my W reg Skoda Fabia Classic (68bhp). It's a joy to drive and whilst my mates made fun of the fact I was buying a Saab (old man & mundane perception) they have all agreed it's a fantastic bit of engineering and a wonderful car.

My favourite feature is the seat - It has got to be one of THE MOST COMFORTABLE seats I have ever used. Driving long distance in it is a joy

Agreed :)

You need to get in a BMW M sport :)
Im 30 (and a few days) and similarly to MEJG have taken quite a step in the size of upgrade. Prior to my 2008 57plate Vector Sport (150), i owned, from new, a 2003 vauxhall corsa which was my first car. my dad recently bought an 06 plate 93 vec sport and i loved borrowing it so when i began the hunt for the replacement to the corsa, there was really only one marque that i had my eye on.

bought it at the start of march and love driving it. Completely comprehensive history, timing belt done, clutch done, egr valve done, 75000 miles on the clock and paid a very good price after some haggling. All in all, im a very happy camper!
