I'm completely lost. I've bought an Android head unit thinking I can buy a plug and play adapter cable and fascia plate. This is the back of the radio

thats the kit I used on mine .
Correct me if I'm wrong , but on mine I did not use the RCA plugs , just the block connector .
The kit in the link has everything to wire it in inc using the sterring wheel controls .
Just make sure the kit is compatible with your chosen head unit ,
