I have a 2010 vector sport cab and fancy going up a size in wheels.
18 or 19 inch but I'd like to keep to Saab official.
What options do I have and are there pros and cons such as ride and tram lining etc.

Hello shiffa if your going for Saab officials, then you would be looking at used , not unless an ex Saab dealer has some old stock new ones stored , but trying to find them are like a needle in a haystack .
theres a link below for
Neobrothers

https://www.neobrothers.co.uk/19-1042-c.asp
which shows which styles or on that well known auction site at the moment

And that's the cheapest I've seen a set of turbo X alloys for .
as far as ride quality . Well I purchased a set of 19" Vauxhall vxr alloys , plus I put on a set of 20 mm hub spacers , and in my mind there was no difference , and no tram lining .though I did put all new tyres and had 4 wheel tracking done .
or you may be able to get hold of a set of super inca alloys here's them fitted to my car

And here's mine with the vxr alloys on
