Have you checked that the bulbs are in correctly, as this will stop a light pattern. I checked mine today and one of the bulbs was not sitting right and the light pattern was just a blob.
Pretty sure that there hasn't been but the CS and late CD models are effectively twin headlights. There are two reflectors and bulbs behind the one glass, albeit one for main and one for dip.
try this cheap cure take off cover at rear of h/light, remove bulbs and get a hairdryer and direct hot air into opening. do this for 5/10. mins.this will remove condensation on glass and reflector and restore pattern.hope this helps..
I've had a similar problem on my K reg. In my case the reflector was dull. I was fortunate to find a good s/h complete headlight for £40 in my local dismantlers. I also upgraded the bulbs. Did the trick!
