The mid sections are interchangeable. The '91 would have originally had a cylindrical mid-box, the '94 one of the flatter style boxes.

I am pretty sure that the back boxes are different - the tailpipes differ to suit the rear bumper cutout designs.

My Carly has the flat sort (but obviously has been replaced).

Also, the 2.3 Carly (cc and cs) got the same round slieved tailpipe as the aero (although the design changed around 1996 from a rolled outer to a straight cut outer.

Both my 93 CS Aero and 91 CC Carly have (had) identical exhausts EXCEPT... I think the front pipe rubber mounting point is moved slightly.
A plus point for me as I have a brand new genuine rear box and an almost new aftermarket (walker) centre box spare for the Craly now the Aero has 'the right pipe'.
