Hello All,

It has been a while since I posted a topic.

I was wondering is it possible to fit a 9-5 with a Aero Turbo. Bearing in mind I am running a 2.0l engine.

If so what is the estimated BHP.

Oh it is running on a 185 BHP Ecu

Please advise.

It's possible to fit a TD04 turbo onto the 2.0i.. there are people here who've done it on GM900s and 9-3s.

But without modifying the ECU.. there will probably be no power increase.

Unless you have been given the turbo for free, it seems a little pointless. As you can get almost the same BHP as an Aero, for a lot less via an ecu upgrade from Elk/Abbott or a n other.

Worth doing a search on the 9-5 forum as I researched this when my turbo died.

Concensus was that a TD04 on a standard car might increase turbo lag.

The turbo itself surely wont increase the bhp

The turbo alone will do virtually nothing overall, you will need an appropriate ecu reprogramming to be of any effect.
