Apperently, they will sell it it customers who have first signed a disclaimer confirming that they will not ride it, and if they do ride it that they will not take legal action against the manufacturer should they fall off and get squished

I think it looks kinda cool - although perhaps a bit too much like a prop from Judge Dredd

David: You're on the right lines with Kev - check out his number of posts (oh, and his surname begins with 'Mc')

Oh, I wouldn't call it pointless. Actually it typifies the American way (we'll assume it more Chrysler than Daimler).
Large, flashy, loud, powerfull, straight-line performance, with no handling considerations.

Pointless? Mark_A I protest. Particularly a posting from NL, home of the late, great, mad Henk Vink who regularly strapped a rocket and two wheels under his dangly bits, pointed at the horizon and blasted off. The Tomahawk as with any concept vehicle may or may not benefit future developments. Its got independent 4 wheel suspension and a chassis-less construction (the engine is the chassis
). It may even go round corners

Well said bernardc !!

I certainly wouldn't have to be asked twice to give it a blast down the strip, or even the E45.

The rush you get from a quick car is not to be compared with a quick(ish) bike - i.e. 0-100km/t 2.3 sec. on my ancient Bimota Yb4ei.

Cheers
