2008 2.0T to Aero conversion (cosmetic)

Has anyone done this? More specifically, are the bumper cover and grille easily swapped? I like the 2.0T but love the Aero grille, hence my curiosity. If not the complete swap, how about a honeycomb grille insert for the 2.0T?
