Can anyone tell me where to start looking please?, the engine management light came on but the car did not go into limp mode, (it is still on but the car is running fine apart from a split second misfire on idle now & again) i took it to have the ecu read & it came up with DTC Code P1901-0F, the description from the saab workshop information system is Exhaust Particle Filter Pressure Plausability Fault With Manifold Absolute Pressure Can anyone tell me where to start please?? i am totally baffled  It is a 2004 saab 93 1.9 (150) Diesel,
Regards, Dave,

Well folks, I changed the pressure sensor today but the fault is still there, looks like replacing the cat/particle filter next then off to the auctions with the damn thing, why did gm get involved with saab, i ran them for years in the 80's & 90's without any problems whatsoever, no more saabs for me i'm afraid :(

I agree davkirk, about your comment regarding GM's involvement.
Just bought a two year old 1.9TiD Vector Sport, to replace my old 5 door hatch and I feel underwhelmed, this is the most I have spent on one item apart from my house.
I got into Saabs because of their build quality, difference to everything else on the road, the kudos etc. I have owned everything from 900GL, T16, 9000 Carlson & Aero and two 9-3 hatches.
I feel underwhelmed because this car just doesn't feel like a Saab anymore, I could be sat in anything, doesn't give me a kick like other Saabs have
Also what happened to the internal boot release and radio mute?
I will have to see if it grows on me as I need the economy of the diesel for business use, otherwise it would be a late 9-3 Aero.
