Hello, I have a 2003 9-3 2.0t Linear that I’ve been having some headaches with . Bought the car as a non runner, previous owner said it was running fine and then the CPS had gone out (resulting in a crank, but no start). So far I’ve replaced the Battery, CPS, all plugs, coil packs, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel injectors, throttle body, MAF sensor, tested for fuel at the rail, verified the CPS is operational.
The new TB does NOT open when I turn the key to ON, and I’m still getting these codes:

P0638, P0685, P0686, P1523

Tried cleaning all of my ground connections, the ones under the battery, all connections on the Throttle Pedal and on the TB. Still a solid crank, no start. Could it be a relay/fuses?

I’m lost at this point, my knowledge only goes so far on Saab’s. Maybe someone here can help!

If you don't need your car as it seems I propose you to send the TB to a reman shop cause your codes seems coming from it.. As you've swapped anything except maybe the lamba probes. If
