When I start the engine it stutters for 10 to 20 seconds and then goes on normally. What could be the reason for that? Coolant temp sensor and Lambda sensor new.
Spark plugs? Waht are the best for the gasoline B204i 93 YS3D yr. 1999 ?

Only use the recommended NGK BCPR6ES or 7ES plugs. Gap to .9mm.
Try turning the ignition to "ON" for 60 seconds, then start the car. See if it makes any difference.

Could be a fuel pump issue ....the check valves fail on the 9-5 of similar vintage but I dont know for sure if the 9-3 has the same design.
Does the car always behave like that or just the first start of the day?

cjap: That was my reason for suggesting the test above... it does have the same design as the 9-5 and those valves go bad, allowing drainback.

Sorry for the very, very late reply and solution: The CTS Senbsor did have a too weak signal. Has been renewed and now it works.
