Hi. I have a 1998 Saab 900, automatic. The lights that illuminate the geer shift settings (D, N, R, P etc) has gone out. I would like to
know how to fix it myself so that I don't have to pay the money to have it done. None of the other lights are out in the car, so I don't think it's an electrical problem. I'm not sure how to take the console apart or how to fix it, whether it needs a new bulb or new wiring.
I'm hoping it's not a symptom of a larger problem. hope someone can
help.
thanks
