1998 9-3 1985cc turbo cabriolet-hazards flash continuously when engine started.

As stated above, as soon as the engine is started the hazard lights start flashing and do not stop. Has anyone run into this problem? Has anyone got a wiring diagram for this vehicle? Is there a way to isolate the hazard circuit without affecting the ignition circuitry?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm currently reduced to using my Volvo V70!!!
