So my 93 has no real power up till 3K rpm and then the big 'un kicks in and then it kicks hard. I'm guessing the small turbo is not working ... but why ? To start off, the small turbo is up high, big turbo down low ... right ? First off there are no fault codes logged. I can find no boost...
