Don't laugh but I have been given a set of those magic magnets that improve fuel consumption. I thought OK be open minded and at least give them a go before binning them. The thing is I can't tell by looking under the engine cover which pipe is the supply and which pipe is the return. I am sure...

Is there a constant (not ignition switched) 12V in the centre console? If so, where? Or, can the cigar lighters be set for constant. Any idea of the current caarrying capacity would also be very useful. Many thanks, in anticipation, Roy (Car is an 07 1.9TiD 93 Vector Sport-Anniversary model)

Having recently returned from another Euro-jaunt, anyone contemplating crossing the channel may like to consider my experience of parts supply. I was having trouble starting the car after it was parked for a while when very hot (the car and the weather), and having changed the starter last year...

Here's an interesting issue that I can't find anything about in a search. My 1995 Aero has a very rusty (now fractured) turbo oil supply pipe. The car's off the road having lots of work done anyway. Problem is to replace this particular part will cost about £125.00 from Saab - part number...

Whilst gently resting my hand on the engine this morning I snapped off the injector supply pipe for no. 4 cylinder right where it goes into the injector. Does one buy these pipes made up (they seem to have a part number). Can you also buy the pipe from factors and re-use the old fittings. Any...
