Has anyone removed/replaced the sunvisors on a 9-5? My Jan 05 saloon has the twin visors, one you can turn sideways and a smaller one that only flips down. The smaller one won't stay up if the big one's turned to the side. I want to remove them to see if I can bodge a bit of frictional stiffness...

By the way both sun visors hand down approx 2" when in the up position. Is this a design fault and therefore not worth buying new hinges (if it weren't I'd expect the drivers to get a bit loose but not both.?); Also, the drivers door does not stay in the open position (just swings closed again...

All of my lining sagged so I ripped it all out except for the pillars and the sun roof. I also removed the fibreglass roof panel and have repaired that and sealed it ready for the new lining. I believe the first job is to repair the Sunroof lining. Please can anyone tell me the easiest way...

The lift up flaps on both my visors have broken and I understand you have to buy the whole thing to replace it (Saab don't just sell the flap!). 1998 9-5 black and tan visors with mirrors lights etc. Ta Pezza
