I have just come to replace the dissy cap and rotor arm on my 2 900's. The 900i is fine. I was told by the main agent that the rotor arm on a 92 LPT is part of the distributor shaft, not a seperate part. Haven't seen the schematic, so can anyone confirm this ? AJS

Hi everyone, I've been trying to remove the brake rotor from the front nearside on my 1998 Saab 9-3 2.0S Eco Turbo but it seems stuck fast. Tried soaking in WD40 and hitting it with a very big hammer but the thing won't budge... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks PS

I'm going to need to leave my 2003 Aero parked outside the house for around 3 weeks whilst abroad. What is best way to leave the alarm to reduce battery drain and the risk of falsies ? Should I double blip it when locking, which I think turns off the inside sensors ? Also, for extra security...

I have noticed a drop in power on my 8v turbo. On inspection i found the distributor cap to be furred up again with white powder on the spark points and the rotor arm has come into contact and scored the lower point. Do I have a distributor on its way out and is the coil the causing the furring...

Hiya, Anyone knows for sure what the sizes of the standard brake discs on the 2003 or 2004 Saab 9-3SS 2.0t Linear Convertible are? Are they 285mm (same as sedans) or 288mm (remember reading somewhere that the convertible has got slightly bigger rotors than the sedan). Also, are the brake...
