    I am interested in purchasing a 91 9000 2.3T with 133k miles in MINT condition. 2nd owner (80 year old gentleman) with a partial history (3 to 4 receipts from same specialist). He was asking $5000 US while The Kelly Bluebook is $4100 in excellent condition. My question is offering him $4400...
