    The radiator fan on my 2001 9-3 Aero seems to be on permanently, even from cold startup. Tried replacing the coolant temp sensor, no difference. Top radiator hose gets warm pretty quickly. Would a stuck-open thermo cause the fan to stay on all the time? Any ideas/suggestions welcome. ta,
