I have fitted a small amp (2x100w RMS) in my 2008 93 aero to run a pair of 6x9s on the parcel shelf. Trouble is I am now getting interference/feedback through the speakers. When the amp is powered up I get a constant ticking noise, kind of like morse code. Then when i start the engine I get a...

I have a 9-3 1.8T Convertible anniversary with combined Radio/CD/Sat Nav. When the car is cold and I put the radio or CD on, there is a lot of interference which lasts for 5/10 seconds and then goes and all is fine. Any clues please?

Having parted with £230 of my hard earned wonga for a Parrot MKi9200 handsfree kit (installed by Halfords) I find an slightly alarming "whump" when I try to use the handsfree (on switching the phone bit on) accompanied by a whirr (alternator interference I think) if the engine is running...

My radio reception is very bad, i get constant interference on it. Have tried another aerial but has made no difference. This sounds mad i know but when the weather was bad and it froze the electric aerial in the nearly down position the radio reception appeared to have improved, which points...

Funny thing, but I have just started to get interference when I listen to either the CD or the radio on my 1995 9000 with a standard fit Saab audio setup. I seem to remember there is a supressor (?) that stops this so can someone point me in the right direction. Many thanks.

We had our CD stereo unit replaced in our Zafira under warranty as it would switch itself on at will, mostly during the night!!!! New unit is an updated model, but essentially the same. Works OK, except when we tune to anything on MW band on the M40 between London and the Midlands. On an...
