Hi, so i drive a 2007mod 9-3 1.9tid. I have a problem where my park heater turns itself off after a few seconds.. Just started doing this recently, worked fine a week ago Anyone knows what might be the problem?

Other than crawling under the car and seeing what comes out of its exhaust pipe, is there another way to confirm that the heater is actually working? Can't hear or feel it when the engine's running. I'm talking about the coffee-jar sized one mounted on the bulkhead. Cheers - Musang. No "t".

Saab Folk, Anyone replaced a bad heater core on a Saab classic 900? I'm going to have to do the job. Can't find any instruction on the web. Actually,the hose connection on the fire wall are melted. Maybe a heater control valve is all needed to be replaced. Anyone care to inform me? Thanks, S.Medic

Hi all, A friend at work has a 53 reg 9-3 Vector 2.2 TiD Saloon and the heater seems to have stopped working. The display still illuminates (fan speed, temp, direction etc.) but the fan doesn't appear to be kicking in. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks, Gavin
