Hello I picked up my 9-3 conv tonight and I was wondering. It has AC but the digital control panel. Is it possible to remove the panel with twist dials for the digital panel?

Has anyone ever tried to remove these buttons with the radio or air con panel in situ. I have to change some radio buttons due to the dreaded air freshner tree issue and want to try and avoid the hassle of removing the air vent to access the radio holding screws.Regards David
