Hi - I am looking at some saab roof bars on ebay. Will Saab Bars from a 9-3 fit a 9-5. I guess the fitting looks the same (bolts) but what about the width. Are these genuine saab bars adjustable in terms of width - which i guess would be a requirement if usable on a 9-3 and 9-5. Any idea anyone?

Hi All, I have the OE roof bars from my Vectra C laying about. When I look at the mounts for the Saab there is just a threaded hole. Is there a way I can get them to fit? The Vectra ones clip onto a bracket that is under he plastic covers, would this bracket fit the Saab? Paul

For those who like details..............pic of my roof bars to which I've just added eye bolts. Makes for much easier lashing of loads. It's a much more involved job than on the 9000 bars, where you can get to the nut without dismantling.
