I've just finished an engine re-build on my B205R Aero Auto, every thing went back together as sweet as you could possibly want. Now came the restart, Ignition on, and wow, panel lights illuminate except the gear engaged is Park and the gear shown is 2nd. The relays under the dash are buzzing...

Hi, this is my first post so please bear with me. Under normal driving there's no problem, but regardless of the gear i'm in, when i floor it and the boost gauge hits the red section it dies on me (not violently) like the ignition's been turned off. It refuses to fire up after that. It has a...

I am getting some strange sysmptoms with my clutch. When the car has been standing for a day or 2 the clutch feels very spongy, and it does not seem to disengage fully. Sometimes it is difficult to change gear, car feels stuck in gear, a bit of force is needed. I would say that the clutch had a...

I had read stories of huge cost to replace the timing chain, so having changed one recently on a 900T 16V whilst the head was off I decided that as my 9K had done 200K I would replace the chain in situ to prove a point that it can be done in just 2 hours as long as the tensioner and guides are...
