Thread: remap/intercooler

    hi,ive just had my 9-3 2.0T ss remaped and it made 250.3 bhp with 265ftlb of torque.does anyone know where i can buy a alloy intercooler which will drop straight in and what extra gains wil be made?

    Unless you're running into hardware limits already, a bigger intercooler won't really get you any extra performance. It may help spool up a little, making the car feel quicker but in the real world unless we have regular 30 deg C+ days, you won't notice any practical performance benefit. As a guide, Maptun don't add an uprated intercooler until you get their "Stage 4" 300hp kit.

    But if you want one here's some options:
