Re: Stalling Issue 2007 2.0T Aero

I'm not sure if the full tank etc is a red herring. It could be bllocked fuel filter but could also be a faulty throttle body. Is the garage a saab specialist? If so they can test the throttle body...

Re: soon to be new owner with questions

I would also replace the boost control valve on top of the actuator and the bypass control valve next to the ECU - both look identical but are different and both fail esp the boost control valve....

    Clunky website

This may have been mentioned before but one thing that puts me off visiting more often is that the site is really 'clunky' no matter which PC I access it from. I can't quite remember when I first...

    Re: 9-3 -2.8 V6 Turbo X Reviews

As a Saab owner and forum frequenter, I don't see why you feel the need to rubbish other members' cars. Why is your 2.0T Aero better? Is it Maptun stage 5+? Or Noobtuned with a host of mods?

    Re: 9-3 -2.8 V6 Turbo X Reviews

Turbo X manual is 5.4 secs to 60 in standard tune. With Hirsch upgrade it's obviously quicker..then you have the JZW tunes etc too which are quicker still. All from a baseline of 5.4secs. Mid-range...

    Re: Af33 to af40 on 2.0T

You mean 5 to 6speed auto swop? I think the 6 speeds have issues and the 5 speeds are pretty solid. Spend money on remap?

Re: Help with B207L turbo replacement

Hi - if your car is MY07 on then it's Mistubishi td04 11t. or you can upgrate to a 14t from an Aero B207R. Neo brothers sell them but you'd need a revised engine map to get the benefit.
