Rear steering swivel bushes
there's some clanking noise coming from my rear suspension and I can't figure out exactly what it is. Everything seems to be find except I found both my rear steering swivel bushes completly shot.
These bushes seem to be pressed into the steering swivel member and connect to the lower suspension arm.

I think these bushes are part nr 24469643 https://www.esaabparts.com/saab/parts/24469643
First of all - can you tell by the looks if the steering swivel housing that holds the bush is bent or is it supposed to be under angle?
Second - how do you replace the bushes? Is it necessary to remove the whole swivel unit or can you press bushings while it's connected to the suspension assembly?
I can't find any instructions in WIS how to change them unfortunately.
Re: Rear steering swivel bushes
Ask myself, answer myself.
Finally found this really good guide on Saabcentral, hopefully someone else will find this useful, too. Seems that it's not necessary to remove the housing unit which makes everything much easier. Now on to finding the parts and tools :)
