Idle Probs at Cold?

Over the last few days, mornings very cold....car has very erratic idle, and feels very lumpy. (possible firing on 3 cylinders?)
Reading previous posts=possible head gasket.
I have no oil loss now(did my rocker cover gasket!)..and very little coolant (and I know where this is from...water pump)
The head gasket was done about a year(15000) miles ago. Head was skimmed etc. This was by very reputable specilaist.
My question is could this be caused by any other problem?

Have you checked the plugs? How many miles has the DI cart done?

You may find that a dose on injector cleaner helps - it certainly did in mine (which has a lumpy idle and I put it down to what ever causes it to have a high CO at idle.)
