that looks like the metallic gold MY 88/89
did not last v long...
I only know cos I nearly orered a car in that colour
Ordered it in "rose quartz metallic" instead..
(haven't seen many this colour either...)

The website says it is the same pearl white colour as the early ('84) pre-production 900 Aero's - with maroon leather interiors as this one has.

I've got a Spring '84 Autovisie issue which features a 900T16S road test. It has indeed the same colour combo - only with the 15" Aero rims sprayed the same colour.

That colour has never been an option for production models though, let alone for later (slant nose; later wheels so '88 on hubs/axle/brakes) models.

To conclude: we're looking at a respray (write-off?) in a one-off colour to replicate the pre-production batch of cars.

The colour looks similar to the pearl white c900 convertible prototypes that are in the museum in Trollhattan.

I've seen that colour before, on a very early model 9000 turbo hatch. It was quite striking pearl white/cream with maroon leather interior.
I came across it in a line of used cars on a garage forecourt near York. It had no price in the windscreen, so I went in to the garage to enquire and was told it wasn't for sale, it was the garage owner's and he had just parked it in the row of cars for sale....

Might just be the way the photo looks on my secondhand, Vietnamese bought, monitor (good price BTW),but it reminds me of the 9000 colour called 'silver sand' (IIRC the name correctly ).

Citrin Beige Metallic, IIRC Yes - it does look close to that colour
