    Bonnet

    Has anyone ever had their bonnet open on them whist on the motorway!!!!!!!!!

    no pic,don't see how it can,the bonnet has 2 lock pins and a manual release release catch..I've been on saab boards for 10+yrs can't recall an issue with the bonnet opening while vehicle in motion..
    My 9-3 audio,2 x cd changers,aux-in & Bluetooth audio streaming..

    Is still running Factory oe coils with a tune..

    when my 93 was in a garage for some work the mechanic told me that my secondary bonnet catch had failed, I had never noticed but he fixed it free of charge anyway

    My bonnet opened on the M4 in the 3rd lane while doing 70 asked lots of people no one ever heard of this before wife and kids were a bit scared. The car has been written off because of the damage.

    I'll try and put some pics up again the garage I bought it from has said it must have been open my answer to that was I had traveled 80 miles 60 on the motorway!!!!!!!
