2006 9-3 2.0T Lowering question
Hello,
Im sure this on the forum a million times yet I couldnt find one solid answer. I'll keep it simple...... best way to lower a 2006 2.0T 9-3 daily driver.
I have owned and lowered the following
95 civic, Neuspeed springs, camber kits HUGE drop, loved it.
96 Trans Am, Eibach pro-kit, bilstein shocks. Hated it at first since it sat so high. loved it once it settled. Now the car sits tucked
01 Accord, Eibach pro-kit with eibach struts. Sits like a speedboat. Rear low and tucked, Front with a bigger wheel gap than I like.
That being said... Im not sold on 1 brand. I will be using my 9-3 as a daily driver. I would like your opinions on what springs are prefered, are camber kits needed? are strurs needed?
I bought the car from a Ford dealership, it had broken springs when it was traded in. Ford replaced the springs and struts before I bought it. I assume they used Motorcraft parts. Will struts need changed? they have 300miles on them or can they be left alone?
Im thinking about a 1.5 drop would be nice. I do live in the US so Im not sure if I can get Maptun or Hirsch parts either.
shoot me some suggestions if you would.
