Internal door handle wont work!

Just have this little annoying problem. My internal door handle wont work when the door is fully shut. The handle will work from the outside, and the internal door handle does work when the door is on "the first latch". Rather anoying and i have no clue on how to take the door card off to take a look. Can anybody help me out? Thanks.

Welcome to SS,

The grab handle has a plastic cover over it, prize it off carefully
2 x T25 screws in the grab handle (unscrew)
pop the door car off round the bottom edges and lift up carefully as cables plugs etc will be connected.
