Above are the pics of my EGR Valve - the 2 on the far right are the condition it was in when I initially removed it. The 2 on the far left are the after pics, treated with carb cleaner and cleaned out as best as I can. It is basically as clean as I can get it now - is that clean enough in everyones opinion?? Its going on a 400 mile motorway run next week - that should give it a good blow - if the sluggish pick up persists am I looking at a new EGR??
