Don't have the reference info here with me but I am 95% sure it's on top of the box and is fairly easy to remove. If no one else comes up with the defacto answer before, I'll look it up this evening for you.
Ouch! Good news though. After more jiggery-pokery in the boot hinge area it seems there are several wires that have broken and have cuts in them. I did check this out at the start but didn't pull off the bootlid grommet for fear of snapping it and this time I did.(no snap!) Sure enough, dud wiring as most have found with this issue. Pays to think simple in these things, before rushing to a conclusion...
Looks like the sharp edge of the metalwork just saws its way through the wires every time it gets opened and closed, which is lots every day as I do the school runs! Perils of being an 'educator' I guess.
I'm just hoping that the Park assist circuit fires up too after the fix...
Funnily enough I did think about the boot wires but then thought you'd have checked that
Don't think that will resolve the PA issues though as those wires don't go via the boot lid
