hi folks, just purchased a haynes manual for my 2003 93ss, or so i thought. me thinking i'm johnny big bawz and going to do all my own work on the car, seem to have missed the small print on the back of the book which states ' does not cover 1.8, 2.8 or 2.2tid' only 2.0t and 1.9 models.
is it twenty quid down the drain or can i use it for all but engine issues? also, does anyone know of a manual which does include the 2.2 tid 93ss?

By not reading the small print you mean not reading the big writing on the front cover?

Get the WIS from an ebay vendor, costs about £5 and it's what the workshops use.

thanks mate, i'll get onto it asap. the front of the manual only says, saab 93 sept 2002-sept 2007 (52-57reg) petrol & diesel. an excellent ploy be haynes. everyone looking to buy one of these manuals read the lower part of the back cover first.
