This can't be right!

At the weekend I suffered some damage to my car whereby the sump was cracked and I lost all my engine oil. The plastic shield that covers the sump has also been ripped off. Fortunately (and after a temporary bodge fix with metal putty) the car runs and doesn't seem to have suffered any damage.

I have got a quote to get the work done, but can't believe the price of a new plastic sump guard at a whopping £317 (three hundred and seventeen)!!

The sump itself is only £182 and the plastic guards at the front I have been quoted £62 for the pair.
I'm still looking for a second hand sump or guards if anyone has them (2001 9-3 TiD)
