Self Adhesive door trim

I am finding that the black self adhesive trim on the door pillar is starting to come away, discolour and crack. Does anyone know whether this can be removed and renewed? Thanks

You can buy the trim at any dealer, and it's fairly cheap. You might want to wait for a warm day to do it so the old stuff is a little softer, and a can of adhesive remover will help to clean everything off.
