Crank pulley

Anyone got any tricks for freeing the crank pulley bolt? I need to gte the crank pulley off to replace the crank position sensor (B202 NA engine). Unfortunately I don't have an air powered impact wrench. Tried putting it in gear, getting someone to stand on the brakes while using a breaker bar but with no joy.

I used an electric impact wrench. Came off without trouble. Bought it from Costco about £15 IIRC. I think Halfords sell them but I don't know the price.

I have used this method, but not on the Saab. Engine has to turn over on the starter;

Fit socket/breaker bar to bolt so that breaker bar end is a few inches off the ground. Quick momentary spin of engine on starter and bolt will loosen as breaker hits the ground. Check direction of engine rotation first of course to fit breaker bar on the right side.
